Our coaching program combines nutrition, exercise and sleep counseling in addition to proven behavior modification tools designed to identify and help you overcome the underlying issues that continue to keep you from achieving your health goals.
The first session includes an in-depth health assessment where clients discuss personal and family medical history and health habits, as well as an exercise, nutrition and sleep analysis and the identification of any factors inhibiting weight loss. Your coach will then work with you to develop a plan focused not only on diet, exercise, sleep and hydration but also on strategies for improved self-confidence as well as less stress and depression.
Through weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, your coach will walk you through the necessary steps to defeat your internal issues and conquer your emotional eating and weight problems once and for all. Additionally, you will have daily access to your coach through email to answer any questions in between your weekly one-on-one in person meetings.
