Our coaching program combines nutrition, exercise and sleep consulting designed to help you establish new behaviors and habits that change your lifestyle, not just today or for the next month or 90 days, but forever. No fluff, quick fixes or gimmicks guaranteed.
The first session includes an in-depth health assessment where clients discuss personal and family medical history and health habits, as well as an exercise, nutrition and sleep analysis and the identification of any factors inhibiting weight loss. Your coach will then work with you to develop a plan focused on diet, exercise, sleep and hydration as well as tackling any road blocks you've experienced in the past.
After your first session you can purchase one of the follow-up packages to answer any on-going questions you may have, keep you on track and offer you encouragement. Additionally, you will have daily access to your coach through email to answer any questions in between your weekly phone check-ins.
