Can you believe that January is practically over? This month feels like it has flown by but at the same time New Year’s feels like it was so long ago. Remember that list of new resolutions you made? How are those going? Is anyone having a hard time staying on track?
If you're struggling to stay healthy and you need a little more structure then this post is for you! The Health Movement team is about to embark on the 30-Day Lifestyle Program and we're inviting you to join us!
It's a 30-day challenge, where you work on changing your LIFESTYLE, this is not a diet or a detox, but a challenge that helps you create lasting healthy habits for the long-term no matter your health goals!
Here's how it works, you choose the program that fits you best. Your options being Good, Better, or Best, each mapping the steps you need to take to achieve the healthiest you!
Each program provides steps to help you learn the habits and behaviors necessary to reach your health goals, whether you want to lose weight or just become a healthier version of yourself.
Among these steps, a nutrition guide is given which directs you in what foods to eat and what you should be limiting. Let me be clear that we will not tell you to cut anything completely out of your diet, but it will teach you how to find the right balance.
Meals and snack ideas are included to help you learn how to create healthier meals as well as beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts. No matter where you are on the spectrum, this will help you improve. Also make a note that these workouts are available with or without a gym so don’t let that worry you!
Have I convinced you yet? If not, stay tuned because later this week I’ll be posting a sneak peek of what exactly you’re signing yourself up for. Get excited!
The team at Health Movement is getting pumped to participate and share our experience with you on February 1st, join us! If you'd like to learn more details on the 30-day lifestyle program, go here: http://healthmovement.com/lifestyle30day
